Belcar Championship: Spa 15th - 17th April
Starting Race 1 in torrential rain behind the safety car from P8, Phil Keene showed his talent making his way up to P1 in the first part of the race before dropping back into a comfortable P2. A lengthy pitstop caused by a failed attempt to fix the rear lights was also blamed for a severe misfire caused by water dripping into the distributor which hampered progress as Nigel Greensall took over the car, only to be black flagged a few laps later for no rear lights.
